RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Lumeurias, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. While we hope you’re always satisfied with your purchase, we understand there may be times when a return is necessary. Please review the policy below for more information.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.
- Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 1–2 weeks for us to process your return once received, and up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries or returns of empty containers.
- Only items purchased from www.lumeurias.com.au are eligible for return or exchange.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We’re happy to offer exchanges for merchandise that is defective, damaged, or unused. Please note the following:
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of your original purchase.
- Only items purchased on www.lumeurias.com.au are eligible for exchange.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- If there is a price difference in the exchanged item(s), a customer service representative may contact you to arrange payment.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Empty containers cannot be accepted for exchange.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service at lumeurias@gmail.com within 7 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 7 days.
